If you have not bought an eBay Store Design Package from me, then please order a design package FIRST or please order from my A La Carte Services in my eBay Store.
2 Design Revisions: If you are not happy with your designs, you will get 2 design revisions with your inital order. Any future revisions will cost an additional fee starting at $30 - $50 for small revisions and more for larger revisions. Based on my design experience, usually only 1 to 2 design revisions are needed because I am very good at designing ADD ON Pages the exact way that you want your pages to be designed because I pay close attention to detail and also close attention to all of your design ideas.
Once you have told me that you are happy with your designs then our transaction will be complete. I will make sure that you are completely happy with your designs. Please see my design portfolio and you will see what an exceptional designer that I am and what an exceptional designer that I will be for you.
Installation by me: No computer design knowledge is needed. I will upload your eBay Store ADD ON Pages to your store for you at no additional cost. I will just need temporary access to your eBay Store with your password that you can easily change afterwards. If you prefer to upload your designs on your own--that is perfectly fine as well. Simply, let me know after you have ordered and I will note this on your account.
There is 1 exception: Installation for only the Listing Template Pages do cost an additional fee of $5 per installation because every seller has a different amount of items for sale. To save yourself some money, you can upload your eBay Listing Template or Auctiva Listing Template very easily by simply copying and pasting the template into each of your current listings. I will email you step-by-step instructions to help you to install your templates if you buy them for your ADD ON Pages. If you do not have the extra time to install your template--you are welcome to hire me and my assistant to do it. We are very happy to help you.
eBay Selling and Marketing Support: eBay Selling and Marketing Support via email is included with your order at no additional cost while I am working on your order. If you have any questions at all about selling or marketing, please feel free to email me and I will help you.
Search Engine Submission: Your eBay store's link will be submitted to Yahoo, Google, and Bing Search Engines.
Selling and Marketing Tips: Selling and Marketing Tips that I have personally written myself and use with my own eBay store will be emailed to you after I have completed your order.
Backup Files: Backup files of your designs will be emailed to you after I have completed your order.

User License Agreement
I am giving you permission to use the designs that I create for you on 1 eBay store only. The designs that I create for you can not be re-sold, given away, or used on any other store without my written permission. The designs that I create for you can only be used for the sole purpose that the design was intended to be used for.
Also, my credit link in small type must remain at the bottom of all of the ADD ON Pages that I create for you. My credit link will "open in a new window", so you will not lose any visitors to your store and will be in very small letters.
Summary of the Design Process
After you place your order,I will be emailing you a small questionnaire for you to fill out when you get time and email back to me in order for me to get more information about your eBay Store such as your store policies and your sales funnels if I do not already have this information on file. Your information will NOT be shared with any 3rd parties. Your information is kept confidential at all times.
Once I have received your completed questionnaire for your design,I will begin on your order at the time stated in the "yellow banner" that is located in the upper left hand corner of all of my eBay Store pages.After I have completed part of your design, I will let you review your design to see if you like the color, font, and style that I have chosen. If for any reason that you do not like your designs, I will revise your designs for you. I will make sure that you are happy with your designs before I proceed to finish your designs.
Your order should be completed within approximately 1 to 3 weeks from the start date. Your order may be finished sooner. It all depends on how many orders that I am working on and how fast that you reply to my emails. I will be giving you updates on your order every 1 to 2 weeks. If you have ordered more than 1 page or service from me, please allow me some extra time to complete your order. For example, please allow me at least 3 to 5 additional days for each ADD ON page that you order.

How to Edit Your Website ADD ON Page
Editing your eBay Store ADD ON Page is rarely needed because I have completed all of the hard work for you. If you ever change your eBay store name, eBay store page name, or eBay user id name for example, these are 3 instances when you will need me to revise your page. Future design revisions and updates to your page can be done for you at any time for a small fee, simply let me know.
Detailed Instructions on how you can edit the text on your page by simply "copying and pasting" will be emailed to you with your backup files. As you can see, I have made the entire designing process very simple for everyone.

Payments Accepted All transactions will take place on eBay. I accept PayPal which is one of the fastest and safest ways to give and receive payments online without disclosing any of your financial information.

Refunds Due to the nature of the sale, all sales are final. After you have paid for your item and I have received your completed questionnaire, if for some reason that I have not already designed your designs, then a refund can be issued in this case. The refund will be in the form of money back.
Please note that refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis only. Once I have designed your designs, a refund is not given because I put a lot of time time into each design that I create and you are paying for my time to create your custom designs.
