Payment Terms

We only accept PayPal with PayPal Confirmed Addresses in the US, and that is where the shipment will go (please do not ask for an exception).

We will post positive feedback for all buyers as soon as payment is received. 

Unless other arrangements have been made, payment must be made within 7 days of the close of auction.  If payment isn’t received within these time periods, all orders will be revoked and an Unpaid Item process will be initiated.

Shipping Policy

This section describes our shipping policies.  Specific shipping information in the description supersedes anything in this section.   Shipping will be by UPS or Common Freight Carrier and delivery times are variable depending on where the item is shipped.

Items paid for by PayPal will only be shipped to the PayPal confirmed address on the payment notice.  We reserve the right to refuse any payment that does not qualify for PayPal’s Seller Protection.

We add handling and packaging charges in line with the effort and materials required to pack an item well.    Some large, heavy, and/or fragile items will incur greater handling and packaging charges.  We strive to always be fair in our charges for shipping, so if you have any concerns, we are happy to share the details with you about how the charge was calculated.

We pack very carefully, and will use a third party to pack if we aren’t equipped to handle a particular item.  Nevertheless, it is possible that an item will arrive damaged, in which case it is very important that you retain any and all packing materials for the shipping company to inspect.

We are happy to combine auctions and will pass the shipping savings on to you.

Returns Policy

All items are sold as is and as described.    Minor scratches or dents may be present as this dryer has been on display in a retail setting.  We accept returns only if the item is materially not as described in the auction.  The buyer must contact us to arrange a return within 7 days of receipt; please do not return an item without authorization – we will not accept delivery of unauthorized returns (i.e., those without an authorization number written on the box).  The buyer is responsible for return shipping unless agreed otherwise; we take no responsibility for items returned without insurance.

Please do not assume that something is included in the auction (for example, warranties, user manuals, original box, etc.) unless we state it in the description, or include photos of it.  If you have any questions about whether something is included, please email us with your question prior to bidding.
