This module was taken out of a AKAI PLASMA PDP42Z5TA .  The part number is 6870QMH103A. Please, refer to the picture that this is the one you need. 

 

Condition: 

Used. It came out of a working unit. The PLASMA screen cracked and I am selling off the components.
