If your item is damaged upon arrival contact us at 504-831-2734 within a 24 hour period for the issuance of a RMA#. You must notate on your shipping receipt any damage. Returns, exchanges or store credit authorization will be dealt with on a case by case basis. Undamaged merchandise, that has not been opened, will not be accepted for return after 7 days.  The buyer is responsible for shipping costs and will be charged a 15% restocking fee.  If an item has been opened, Barto Appliance reserves the right to replace any missing items at the buyer's expense. A 25% restocking fee will be applied to any item that is returned without an RMA code.
