Handmade green tutu & small wings

Tutu is constructed with yards and yards of top quality soft tulle and 1 yards of 1.5 inch wide double faced satin ribbon.  The soft elastic relaxed waistband is 17 inches and it stretches to over 19 inches.  The tutu is 8 inches long so as not to entagle a crawling toddler.

The green wings were specially manufactured to fit a young child, having short satin straps (worn like a backback) and are decorated with glitter, sequins & green marabou feathers.  The wing is 12.5 inches wide and 7 inches long.

Please do not leave young child unattended with wing as it contains small parts (sequins).
