 Tutu is constructed with yards and yards of top quality soft tulle in green and 1 yard of 1.5 inch wide double faced turquoise satin ribbon.

This is a very well constructed full and fluffy tutu which will provide hours and hours of costume play.

The tutu fits waist 19-21; is approximately 10 inches long; fits 3T-5T.

The wings are 13 inches wide and 12 inches long; have elastic straps worn like a backpack and fit ages 3-adult.
