    What kind of shipping do you offer?

    Shipping type and cost will vary from item to item but overall I aim to provide free shipping. Please check the individual auction for more information. Once I receive payment I usually ship the item out the next business day. I do not do local pickup because then neither of us are covered by Ebay or PayPal in case something happens with the payment or the item.

    What will my item arrive in?

    For small items, I use standard padded envelopes. These work well and protect the item. For slightly bigger items I will use a small box and pad it with air packing material or newspaper or something similar. For very large items I usually just ship it in the manufacturers container as they are built to ship.

    When is my payment due?

    Payment must be received within 3 days if it is an Auction format listing. If it is Buy It Now, payment is required immediately.

    What types of payment do you accept?

    I will only accept PayPal. It is the preferred method of payment on Ebay and covers both the buyer and the seller for Ebay transactions. Paypal also allows you to pay via a checking account or credit card so you are really not limited at all when it comes down to how to pay.

    Should I get insurance?

    It is your call. PayPal covers quite a bit but on more expensive items I usually opt to get insurance for extra security. Also, Ebay will be taking the insurance option off auctions soon so this won't be anything to worry about. Please note that on items whose price is $250.00 or higher signature confirmation is required. On these items I will add signature confirmation at no additional charge but keep this in mind. If you are not home to sign they usually just hold it at your local post office for a a few days/weeks.

    What is your return policy?

    Ever since I started selling my policy has been to not accept returns. I feel this opens me up to scammers who want to exchange a bad item with me. If something does go wrong with a transaction however I will be more than willing to help make things right. This is the reason that I have the high feedback that I do.

    What happens is something is wrong with my item?

    Most everything that I sell is either new and/or under warranty. If this is the case, you must contact the manufacturer for assistance. I will provide you with an invoice/receipt it necessary. For any other concerns feel free to contact me and I'll see what I can do. Again, I take pride in keeping my customers happy.

    Do you offer International Shipping?

    I do not currently offer International Shipping. I will reevaluate this as time goes on however 90% of my problem transactions in the past have been relating to international sales.

    What does PowerSeller mean?
