Surplustoner will accept returns of product for the following reasons: 1.Product is defective or damaged. 2.Non-defective goods returned within 30 days. 3.Surplustoner shipping errors. Return requests will be reviewed, approved or denied and communication to that effect sent to you by email within ten business day of receipt of your return request. If your return is approved you will be sent a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) via email. The email will contain an RMA Number. Please make a copy of your original invoice and print the RMA Number on it and place it in the shipping container with the returned merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in its original packaging. With the exception of SurplusToner shipping errors you are responsible for shipping costs to return the item to our warehouse at: SurplusToner Inc. Items damaged in transit MUST be reported at the time of delivery; note must be made on the carrier delivery record. In the instance where you are returning merchandise you ordered that is not damaged or defective you will receive a refund less a 20% restocking fee.
