**Why are our shipping rates fixed? . . several years ago, we signed a contract with UPS for ALL of our shipping needs. They gave us the guarantee we needed in order to create a product with the extremely FAST production time we advertising. This contract specified a rates that did not change with the size of an order. So an order of thousands was guaranteed to ship for the same price as an order of 15.
