Dimensions: 10-1/2” x 9”, 44 numbered pages plus additional end-papers to front and rear. Also a complete listing of Mother Goose Songs (NOT just from this book) at the end.

Condition: Good Plus! Flaws of note: The boards are heavily rubbed, bumped and soiled. Hinges are NOT cracked, but are tender. The sewn binding is a little loose on a few pages. Now for the Great News: The spine is in great condition. Book remains square. There are no names, writing or marks throughout (faint pencil erasure to title page). There are no rips or tears. No odor. No age spots.
