i have made this item myself from a chiffon type fabric which has  different size pvc dots all over
 and black shaped lace on either end

looks absolutely gorgeous as a headband or tied loose as a scarf

measures 110 cms x 14 cms

I have been sewing since I was a teenager, and i am always making clothes for my 4 daughters as they love original items
