We do accept returns ONLY if, we send wrong piece or is not as described and piece must be still stapled in bubble mailer and my shipping label has not been removed. The way to open package without VIODING RETURN POLICY is with scissors because, you will need to return bubble mailer back with piece. All PLAYBOY rings are not stapled in bubble mailer but, are in factory sealed pouches and if the pouch jewelry is in, has been open, the return policy is VOID.

Remember jewelry in factory sealed pouch(s) needs to be sterilized also.
