Payments

House of Trends prefers Paypal for payment of items through our secure checkout system.  In order to avoid delays in your purchase Please be sure to complete payment through our secure checkout, failure to do so will result in a delay in recieving your payment.  All Payment details will be provided during checkout, a

Payment is required within 7 days of the end of the auction. If payment is not received within 7 days, the item will be relisted, and an unpaid item strike will be filed.

For residents of California sales tax of 9.25% is applied to your purchase.

U.S. and International Shipping Terms

All orders are shipped within two business days of cleared payment, usually within 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.  You will receive an email notification of shipment when your order ships.  Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments inside the USA.  International buyers do not receive a tracking number unless they purchase Express Mail Shipping. 

Combined Shipping

If you are bidding on another House of Trends auction, and would like to qualify for our combined shipping discount, you must wait until all auctions have ended to check out. Please do not, however, wait more than 7 days (from winning your FIRST item) to complete checkout, as this will result in your entire order being canceled and your items being re-listed as well as non paying bidder alert filing.

We strongly recommend that you insure your delivery by adding a fee of $2 for each item and $1 for each additional item. We are NOT responsible for lost packages if insurance is not purchased.

Due to the variation of delivery locations around the world, some orders may take longer than others to arrive. In some instances we have seen orders take anywhere from 3-5 weeks for delivery for international buyers due to postal and customs delays. Thank you for your patience during the International transit of your order.

Return Policy

Customers must contact us immediately, or within 3 days of receipt of the item in order for us to give the instructions for the return. Returns are only accepted for defective merchandise, or in the rare occasion that the wrong item was received. Any non-authorized return shipments will be refused. Item must be received in original condition with all included accessories. Refunds will be issued within 2-3 business days of receipt.
