General Policies

If you have a question about a part you must email us BEFORE bidding. We try to answer all email within 1-2 business days. All items are continually re-listed. If we are unable to answer your question before the current listing ends, another auction will be available.

camderadanswholesale is proud to offer you the best price and fastest service for all your after market parts needs. In order to keep our prices low, we require all buyers to adhere to the following terms and conditions:

    * We ship to Confirmed PayPal addresses only.
    * We ship to the continental 48 states. No Alaska. No Hawaii. No Guam. No Puerto Rico.
    * Unfortunately we are unable to ship to APO or FPO military addresses.
    * Immediate payment required via PayPal.
    * We will refund your payment if it does not match these guidelines.


Availability
    All of our parts are available in our eBay store and auctions. If a part is not listed, we do not sell it and are not able to locate it.
Out of Stock
    It is our desire to have stock on any item we list. Occasionally due to high demand, short supply or human error we may be out of stock on an item. If this happens you will be notified and given the option to either cancel for a full refund or wait for the part to come in (typically 3-14 days).

    eBay Immediate Payment via PayPal. Please pay for the item through the ebay auction, do not send us a payment. It will be declined.

Payment

* Payment must be received within 7 days of the end of the auction.
    * We are located in Tallahassee. All buyers from Florida MUST pay Florida sales tax! (no exceptions)
    * Acceptable methods of payments are:

        * International shipping is via USPS Priority Mail Only (no exceptions). Your package will arrive within 6-10 Business days and can be tracked.

Bidding Terms

    * Please ask all questions prior bidding.
    * You will receive a "payment info" within 24 hrs of auction end. Please email me if you do not receive the payment info.
    * Winner MUST contact me within three days and payment must be received within 7 days of auction end.
    *Serious bidders only. Winners who back out of the transaction will have a Non Payment Dispute filed  without further notices.
    * Should you have any problem with the received merchandise, please contact us within 48 hrs after receipt of the merchandise, we will not be responsible for claims after 48 hrs.
    * We reserve the right to cancel or retract bids without prior notice from bidders with zero or negative feedback, fraud/shield/fake bidding or not a serious bidder.
    * We reserve the right to re-sell the item, if payment is not received within 7 days after the end of the auction.

Shipping

    * All shipping costs to be paid by the buyer unless otherwise noted. Free S&H when noted is for the continental United States Only. We do not ship to Alaska or Hawaii. 
    * Combine shipping is not available. $2 for each extra item.
    * All items are shipped within 1-3 business days after we receive a cleared payment (except with an e Check which may take longer).
    * All domestic items are shipped via UPS or Fed Ex unless otherwise noted.
    * Insurance is optional, but we strongly suggest for you to purchase it. If you want your item to be insured add insurance cost to the total amount. If insurance is not purchased we will not be held responsible for lost or damaged merchandise!
    * Non US bidders (international) pay for Priority Mail International Service. International bidders should contact us for the S&H fees. Price varies depending on the size, weight and destination of the package. Additional insurance can be purchased.
    * Every item is inspected before shipping.

Terms

According to the new eBay® feedback system you can now not only leave a positive or negative feedback, but also anonymously grade our service in detail including the item description, communication, shipping time and charges. It's called DSR or "Detailed Seller Rating".

When you give us 4 stars, it may seem like a great score, for instance a 4 in communication means "Satisfied", eBay®, however, considers this a low grade. Their standards require sellers to maintain the average of 4.8 and above or be penalized with higher fees, which ultimately get passed on to buyers, and more.

In other words, anything less than 4-stars = negative feedback for us!

We strive for a 5-Star service by stating upfront our policies, shipping rates and anticipated delivery time. If you were pleased with the transaction, please respond with all 5-Stars!

GENERATOR WARRANTY GUIDELINES:

After 2 weeks of the customer having the product the warranty is in effect and can no longer be considered a defective product or damaged upon arrival. The customer must follow the 1 year warranty guidelines. 

The customer will be expected to return any defective part for rebuild or exchange along with a check for return shipping expense and any labor.

We usually keep all parts on hand and in most cases can fulfill a warranty request fast. Sometimes it may take between 4 and 6 weeks.We ask for your patience as we will do our best to get the part you need in a timely manner.

If you alter, modify or otherwise change the original condition of the generator in any way or form the warranty is null and void.

The warranty is good for 1 year from the original purchase date. For an additional extended warranty please click on the squaretrade link in the ad.

Returns

        * All non-electric items are returnable within 30 days of original purchase.
        * Returned items will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, and must be in brand new, resalable condition.
        * Any shipping, installation, or incidental fees are non-refundable.
        * Items that have been installed or altered are non-returnable.
        * If an item arrives damaged, it must be reported to us immediately, so that we can correct the situation.

 A:If the item is found to be defective or not working as described in the auction description, you may exchange it within SEVEN days of receiving the item. All returns - defective or otherwise - have to be preauthorize. Please contact us and get a RMA# before sending the item back.
