Financing available through Tammac Financial, Inc. We
accept personal checks or you may use your credit card through
PayPal for the deposit only. The balance should
be paid in the form of a cashier's check or money order. Other
financing may be available. Check with us.
Closing Information:
There is a 10% deposit or a minimum of $500 due within 48
hours of close of auction. Balance will be due at closing. Closing
cost will be approximately $1300. This provides Warranty Deed
preparation, title search, title insurance, recording of deed,
and notification of new ownership to the resort and exchange
company. The Winning Bidder is responsible for the Winning
bid + 2009 Maintenance fees+ Closing fees+ Resort Transfer fee.
HGVC Closing Procedures:
1. Once the paperwork is received from the Seller and
Buyer it is presented to the Title Company. We will use a Hilton
approved title company for the closing.
2. The title company will present the contract to HGVC
for a waiver of the right of first refusal.
3. Once the waiver is signed by HGVC the title company
will proceed with the title search and take the other necessary
actions to close.
4. Closing documents will
be sent to buyer and seller and once they are received by the
title company the deed is recorded and Hilton is notified.
5. You will then receive a welcome package from Hilton
and you may begin your new vacationing in style with Hilton Grand
Vacation Club.
