Payment

We accept paypal, credit card and bank transfer as our payment methods. Please understand that the item will only be posted once the payment is 100% cleared. We allow 7 days for payment before sending a reminder, if no payment is made after 14 days we will cancel the sale and raise a dispute to recover our fees, which may lead to an unpaid item strike. We understand if there are genuine reasons for Non-Payment are prepared to be reasonably flexible.

Shipping

Items are normally despatched within 24hous after payment is cleared. Items are shipped by national Mail (2-6 working days in Europe). International purchase are also possible and used so please allow 7 to 10 working days.

Refund Policy

Please contact us before returning an item via ebay message. We now only accept refund If there has been an error on our part or the item is defective and we are not be able to replace it (size issue is not included).
All returned items must be in the original packaging. Items are checked thoroughly on return. Obviously used items and items smelling of smoke, deodorant etc will NOT be refunded and any threats or coercion will be strongly resisted.
