Free shipping applies to US domestic orders only. US orders will be delivered by USPS 1st Class Mail, Priority Mail, or UPS, depending on order value.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING - Rates Vary based on the item size and weight. We currently use a flat shipping rate for individual items to most countries.

We insure all of our shipments. Insurance will cover your order from the shipping date until delivery. If your order arrives damaged or if the package is stolen or lost in the mail, it is covered by the insurance. Insurance does not cover shipping charges or items that USPS reports as delivered but were not received.
All orders under $100.00 are shipped with a free Delivery Confirmation number. All orders above $100.00 are shipped with a free Signature Confirmation number (someone will have to be at the delivery address to receive and sign for the order, otherwise it will not be delivered by the USPS. It is the recipient's responsibility to make sure that someone can receive the package).

TERMS OF SALE
Our products are all new unless otherwise indicated. Although it rarely happens, please let us know immediately if an item is received damaged or defective so we may correct the problem. We work diligently to insure our customers are satisfied. Please respect the terms listed.
Please read the auction thoroughly to understand the item you are bidding on. We describe our products accurately. Stock photos are often used; color and texture of the item may differ due to computer resolution and color settings.
Returns Policy
Return of product is accepted provided:
(1) the item is found to be defective or item is not as described, and
(2) request for return is submitted via email within seven (7) days from the date you received the item, and
(3) the item fails NOT due to accident, abuse or misuse, and
(4) the item has NOT been used or maintained in a manner not conforming to product manual instructions, and
(5) the item has NOT had any serial numbers or sewn-in clothing tags removed.
Please contact us to request a return authorization. Include your name, auction number, and the reason for your return request in the email. All items returned must contain all original packaging materials. Please carefully repack the item. Shipping, handling and insurance fees are non refundable.
Items returned without a prior return authorization number will be refused and returned to the sender. Buyer is responsible for additional shipping costs for items that are returned, refused, and/or undeliverable. We do not accept any returns without an authorization number on the box or label it is being returned in.
We reserve the right to make the final decision in the event of any dispute.

HELP/FAQ
Q: What is your RETURN policy?
A: Your satisfaction is our top priority. We have a full refund policy. Please notify us within 7 days of delivery in order to request a return authorization. Include the original invoice in your return package or add a note with your eBay username. All items must be returned in their original condition. Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: We ship all orders within 1-3 business days after payment clears Paypal. Clearing time depends solely on your Paypal account and it can range from 1 - 7 business days. Clearing times can be seen in your Paypal account. US orders are usually delivered within 3 to 5 days of being shipped.
Q: What is your shipping schedule?
A: If your payment clears on Friday after shipping cutoff time your order will be shipped the next business day. We are closed weekends and on all major and minor holidays. If you sent your payment on a holiday it will be shipped out the next business day.
Q: How much is the Shipping and Handling Charge?
A: It varies for each auction.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! We are now shipping internationally. *There are some exceptions: we do not ship to North Korea, Cuba, South Africa, India, China, and a few others. Please inquire before bidding if you have any questions.
Q: Is this item authentic?
A: All of our items are 100% authentic. Almost all of them are brand new, unless otherwise and clearly stated.
Q: Can I ship to an alternate address?
A: Your address must be verified by PayPal. We will be happy to ship the item to a different address if PayPal has verified it.
Q: Where can I get my tracking number?
A: For purchases of $100 or more, we will email your tracking number once we process the order.
Q: Will my shipment be insured?
A: We insure all our shipments, domestic and international.
Q: I have sent you an e-mail. Why have you not replied?
A: We promise to reply within 24 hours. We answer all e-mails in the order received. Please check your spam filter settings to see if they are blocking our replies, add us to your safe list, double check your e-mail address for errors and that your email account is not full. If you contact us through the eBay messaging system make sure that you do NOT check the hide my e-mail option as it will prevent you from receiving our reply.
Q: Can you send my item(s) as a GIFT or change the shipping value?
A: All of our packages, international or within the US, will be marked as commercial items. We will also provide the correct Ebay total order value to customs. We cannot make any exceptions.
Q: Will I have to pay duties/import taxes on ordered items?
A: Any custom fees due for payment upon order delivery will be the sole responsibility of the customer. We cannot say how much you will be paying in duties upon order receipt. Please consult your local Customs Office for duties, regulations and restrictions for details on this issue.
