You are bidding for a RARE miniature of the Portuguese Navy lighthouse from CABO DA ROCA. This is part of a collection made by the Portuguese Navy "Direcção de Faróis" (Directory of Lighthouses), representing the lighthouses from Portugal.
Photo # 3 shows the real Lighthouse on is beutifull and wild natural location at the Cabo da Roca.
Dimensions; it is 12 cm (5 INCHES) large and 7 cm (3 INCHES) depth approx and 10 cm (4 INCHES) height approx.

In In 1947, the Lighthouse was refitted with a Third-order Fresnel Lens (500mm focal distance) illuminated by a 3000W incandescent lamp and exhibiting two white flashes every 3 seconds with a luminous reach of 26 nautical miles. On October 15, 1981, Cabo da Roca became a Protected Landscape followed by the creation of Sintra Cascais Natural Park in 1994 to safeguard the historical architecture, landscape, and wildlife of the region.
