New, handmade 16" throw pillow sham, Nautical theme on a navy blue background, cotton fabric. 

Spruce up that old throw pillow to match your decor, or use a new standard pillow or form. Fits standard 16" x 16" throw pillow or form. (Pillow form is NOT included in the purchase price) Sham-style opening in the back to insert pillow.

Shipping:  Purchases normally ship the next USPS business day  after payment is received/cleared, to confirmed paypal address only. Drop shipping is not available, nor do I ship to APO boxes. All items are in stock and ready to ship. Smaller handbags include rates for both first class and priority mail shipping. First class ships in an envelope, priority mail ships in a box.

Payment: Paypal only - the safest, fastest, and most secure payment form. Payment is due within 3 days of winning bid. Immediate payment is required for buy-it-now items. If you encounter problems making payment, email me and we will find a solution. Remember that echeck payments take 3-4 business days to clear through paypal, and those orders do not ship until the next USPS business day following receipt of cleared payment.

Returns: Due to the nature of the items sold, returns are not accepted unless the there was a mistake in the description or picture. Any returns must be preapproved and buyer must notify seller within 2 days of receiving the item. Any approved returns will be for refund of purchase price only. Shipping charges are not refundable, and refunds will be issued through paypal.

Custom Products: Item is new, handmade, as pictured. Placement of characters or print may vary from the pictured item, but all are from the same fabric. Measurements are approximate and may vary slightly. Unless otherwise noted; all items are machine washable, gente cycle with mild detergent and cold water, tumble dry low and remove while still slightly damp. Light iron on cool setting if desired. Please remember that all monitors are not created equal and colors may vary.
