   If for some unlikely reason your game system should give you any trouble, please contact us with in 90 days of date of purchase for a warranty exchange and/or to fix the problem. Please see Warranty Information below for more details.

   To save time and money, all Items are available for pick up in the Houghton, MI area. In this event, cash is the only acceptable form of payment. Thanks for your understanding!

Warranty Information:

Game Consoles:

   All of our consoles, both OEM and modified, come with a limited 90 day warranty. Warranty covers parts, labor and return postage. You are responsible for safely packaging and covering the postage of the system to us. Warranty covers any and all defects in workmanship and electronic / component failure, except those due to negligence, such as but not limited to, water damage, dropping, shock, cinder blocks, acts of nature and poor choices in surge supression equipment.

Game Cartridges and Compact Disc Media:

   All cartridges and compact disc media come with a 14 day (two week) warranty. All games are cleaned and tested prior to shipping to assure distinction and satisfaction. All of our compact disc media games contain no scratches; however, most games (due to actually being used) will develop 'swirl' like patterns on them. These are minor surface abrasions, they do not effect the data layer, nor do they constitute any difficulty to for a properly calibrated laser to read. In the highly unlikely event of media failure, such as cartridge and disc read errors, we will strive to provide an exact copy of the defunct game. If such circumstance proves to be unprobable, then an in-store-credit will be applied so that you may make another game selection(s). Each warranty claim will be handled on a case by case basis.
