I am not a tack store you are buying what you see no refunds or returns.

I usually try to ship on business day after payment if my schedule allows.

My shipping charges are stated in every auction there is no negotiation so take them into account when you place your bid. 

I will allow multiple item discount (except saddles) of $5.00 for each additional item after highest shipping rate only on auctions within 36 hours of each other and does not include saddles and winter blankets.

Physical address is required for shipment I almost usually ship UPS.

Shipping Information International

Due to rate changes all international must email for shipping rates.

I will not be responsible for any dutys or taxes charged by your country after the package leaves the states.

I ship USPS Air Priority Post  

Air Priority Post usually takes 10-20 days

You must still be able to pay in the 7 days so I suggest paypal payments.  I will not wait for strike.

Payment 

When you place a bid your are contractually liable to complete the transaction.  So dont push the second confirm button if you are not serious, I will not cancel a sell after it is complete.  There is too many fees I loose if I do.

Payment must be made within 7 days if not unpaid item dispute will be started (which allows you another 7 days to pay).  If not received by 14 days item will be relisted and unpaid item filed (3 of those and ebay makes you non registered
