Backorders, Discontinued, Not as Described, and Non-Receipt Items:

Items on backorder have to be cancelled with the manufacture before we can refund.  If you want cancel your order, send us an email with the order number. Please allow up to 15 business days for a refund.  Most items are in stock ready to ship, however if we notice your order has not received a tracking number within 24-48 hours after 1 business days have passed, we will request a status for you.  

Discontinued Items will be refunded.

Shipping on the listing is for the Continental U.S. 48 states only unless otherwise specified. (Alaska and Hawaii are not included)
