This is a Gorgeous Vintage Quality linked ring Necklace and Bracelet set signed Monet with the patent number on the clasp 3308517, filed in Brooklyn, NY by Simon Geldwerth June 15, 1965. 

This set looks as if it has never been worn. It is designed with goldtone linked rings. The bracelet includes a safety chain
