We do accept returns ONLY if, we send wrong piece or is not as described and piece must be still stapled in bubble mailer and my shipping label has not been removed. Because we sell new jewelry not used. The way to open package without VIODING RETURN POLICY is with scissors by cutting the back out of bubble mailer. Because, you will need to return bubble mailer back with piece. If you are wanting to exchange because you purchased wrong piece and meet all the REQUIRMENTS for return, you will  be billed a $2.00 service FEE, if not included with return.

We inspect each piece of Jewelry we mail to make sure it doesn't have a factory defect. To ensure your customer is getting what they pay for.
