 We offer a 30 money back guarantee on all memory we sell.  The 30 day policy begins the day you receive the memory.  Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and the credit received will be less the cost paid for shipping.

Warranty / Replacements

In the unlikely event your memory arrives damaged or not working, please call 888-648-0527 for free technical support.  Our support team will walk through some standard troubleshooting.  Replacements are provided and shipped at no cost to you for the first 30 days.  We even pay for the postage for the original shipment to get back to us!

After 30 days, the lifetime warranty applies.  Replacements are shipped only after we have received back the parts.
