Description

This is a lot of 4 original 8 x 10 wire photos from the early 1980s related to the space shuttle program.

1 - shows Discovery mated with the other components ready for rollout from bay 3 of the Vehicle Assembly Building. Flight 41D will carry a crew of 6: Commander Henry Hartsfield, Pilot Mike Coats, Mission Specialists Dr. Judith Resnick, Dr. Steven Hawley, & Richard Mullane, and payload specialist Charles Walker. 6/14/84

2 - shows Columbia astonauts John Young and Robert Crippen in their pressurized flight suits. 3/31/81 & 4/1/81

All 4 are official NASA stamped photos with release and photo numbers listed on the back.
