Payment Policy

Buyers must checkout and complete the transaction within 3 days from the end of auction.  Reminders will be sent if this date has passed and if still no payment is made, a NPB (Non-Paying Bidder Warning) will be filed at the end of 5 days after winning bid.  If an issue arises in which payment can not be made within the 3 day time frame, please contact us.  We do understand that payment issues do arise.  Our #1 Goal is Customer Satisfaction. 

Shipping

All items in our warehouse are usually shipped within 24-48 hrs upon receipt of payment during normal business days.  We offer flat rate shipping to all states in the United States.  In most cases, we offer international shipping.  Please refer to each auction to determine which countries shipping is available to or contact us for an exact quote.  Most of our products ship directly from our warehouse.  Some special order products are shipped from the manufacturer and may take longer to be processed.  Special order items will be noted in the Features and Specifications section with estimated processing time.  If a special order item is needed by a specific date please contact us so we can assure your purchase will arrive on time.

Shipping Discounts/Combined Shipping

On most transactions Dragon Sports L.L.C. is able to provide shipping discounts on multiple item purchases.  Shipping discounts are normally automatically calculated upon checkout.  If you would like an exact shipping discount quote please contact us and we will respond ASAP.

Return Policy
All sales are final.  Returns are accepted on unopened items only.  There are no exceptions to this rule.  Items are accepted if item is found faulty upon receipt.  Notify us immediately if product is found in non-satisfactory condition, product should be sent back to us within 7 days.  We would exchange the product with the new. In case product is not in stock, we would refund the base value. Shipping and handling is non refundable.  A 20% restocking fee will apply to all unopened returns.  Please email us for an RMA number for all returns.  Our shipping department cannot accept any returns without a valid RMA number. Returns must include a detailed description of the reason for return as well as your eBay id and auction number or we will not be able to process your return.
