PACKAGING

All items are carefully packed and shipped using a bubble envelope or a sturdy box with insulation inside.

DELIVERY TIME

1. Orders are usually shipped within 1 business day.

2. UPS (U.S. ONLY) has a tracking number - Delivery time 3-5 business days.

3. USPS PRIORITY INTERNATIONAL has a tracking number (available after 5 business days). Delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks or more.

4. USPS First Class International does not have a tracking number. Delivery time is 3 to 4 weeks or more.
Insurance is provided for both forms of shippment.

5. INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: Due to delivery restricitions, many items ordered internationally will have to be special ordered and will take an ADDITIONAL 5 business days (1week) to reach their destination.

SHIPPING COST

1. Orders within the U.S. are usually free or at a flat rate. See above.

2. Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, and Virgin Islands customers may have a surcharge of $9.00 except for selected inventory and the ordered product will be shipped via USPS.

3. International shipping is NOT at a flat rate. Please use the shipping calculator below to review shipping costs to your location before making a purchase.

4. International orders may be subject to additional fees and taxes. These are charges that may come from the postal service and customs department of that buyers' country. We are not responsible for fees and taxes imposed by the country of destination. It is advised to contact your local post office to determine their fees and taxes they may charge to receive a package from the U.S.

SHIPPING SERVICES

1. UPS - For orders withing the U.S UPS is usually used. Shipping services may change based on the availability of an item.

2. USPS - Orders to Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, Hawaii, or the Virgin Islands, APO/FPO addresses, and international countries will be shipped via USPS.

COMBINED SHIPPING

1. There is a $3.00 Rebate for every extra item you purchase.

2. This rebate can be used as store credit or you can receive cash back.

3. The cost of international shipping is based on weight. International customers are encouraged to contact us for a quote when purchasing multiple items to reduce shipping costs.

4. Rebates are only given for items purchased together in a single order at the time of order.

SHIPPING TERMS

1. Items shipped via UPS and USPS International are covered by insurance. The insurance covers loss or damage to the product prior to reaching it's destination. Reimbursement will include the cost of the item and the shipping costs involved. Customers will be required to submit legal claim forms for reimbursement.

2. We reserve the right not to ship to certain countries. We reserve the right not to complete a sale whereas the buyers' identity can not be confirmed or is in question.

3. Proof of shipping is available upon request.

4. We ship to addresses provided to us by PayPal. Please verify your address is correct on your Ebay and PayPal account. We are not responsible for the shipping cost involving wrong or undeliverable addresses provided to us by PayPal or the customer.

Returns Policy:
1. Returned video games and accessories must be unopened and sealed in the original factory plastic wrap within 30 days of purchase. (Exception will be defective items).
2. Money to be refunded will be refund upon our receipt of the returned item.
3. Shipping charges will be reimbursed for refunds involving defective items.
4. Shipping charges will not be reimbursed for refunds involving an unwanted item and will incure a $6.00 restocking fee which is deducted from the total amount refunded.
5. Please Note: It is recommended that you check the compatibility of an item you are considering to the systems you will be using it on. This is especially true for international buyers.

Privacy Policy
Under no circumstances will Space Station Video Games disclose any customer information with an outside party not authorized by the customer. Such information includes, but not limited to: e-mail addresses, credit card information, names, addresses, shipping information, present and past account activity, and account information

Back Order Policy
In the event a product runs out of stock, the customer will have 3 options:
1. A full refund upon request.
2. Store credit to be used toward other products sold by Space Station Video Games.
3. Wait until a new supply arrives. This option usually takes between 1 to 3 weeks until delivery.
4. Customers will be notified if there will be delay with an order within 24 hours of purchase.
