We aim to post all items asap to get things to you speedily! We're sorry we cannot do the post every day, but nearly. All items are sent 1st class recorded with Royal Mail or via Airmail for International deliveries.

WE CANNOT REFUND ITEMS LOST IN THE POST BUT CAN GIVE YOU ANY INFORMATION SO THAT YOU CAN CLAIM FROM ROYAL MAIL.

WE CANNOT REFUND ANY RETURN POSTAGE COSTS.
