After winning an item in auction or completing a Buy It Now purchase,
you will receive an invoice from us via email with your total. You can
wait for the total or if you have already calculated the total based on
our shipping charges, click on the PAYPAL link to expedite your
purchase. All items paid in this method will be shipped out within 48
hours of payment receipt.
Information To Review Before Bidding :
Shipping and Handling Information
- Shipping charges are for the mainland states and will be to United
States Domestic Mail Serviced Locations Only. I will ship to Alaska,
Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam and any US territories for an extra charge. I
will also ship to Canada but please email for Shipping Quotes. Shipments to
Arizona, California, Colorado, Idaho, Nevada, New Mexico, Oregon, Utah,
Washington, and Wyoming state are 15% higher in shipping costs unless
the item was offered with Free Shipping at which point there is a $2.00
additional fee to those states. Seller is not responsible for loss or
damage to any item broken in shipping but will insure most fragile
items to protect the buyer. Cost is included in the shipping and
handling charges.
Combined Shipping – Most
items are pre-packaged prior to listing, therefore if you are bidding
on multiple items and want to see if combined shipping is available
check the auction.
Local Pick Up – Local
Pick Up of auction items is not available, unless specified as a
shipping option in the auction description. All Local Pickups will have
a $6.50 handling charge.
Feedback -
Feedback will be posted as soon as the winning bidder is satisfied. If
you have a problem with what is shipped or my service, please contact
me before posting negative feedback. We want to make you happy.
Customer Satisfaction -
It is my intention to make sure everyone is satisfied. If a buyer is
unhappy with item purchased, breakage in shipping or my responsiveness,
contact me within 3-days of receiving item to make arrangements. IF IT
IS AGREED UPON FOR A REFUND, A REFUND OF THE FINAL BID PRICE WILL BE
GIVEN. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL SHIPPING CHARGES BE REFUNDED.This applies to all auctions EXCEPT those stating that item is being “Sold AS-IS” which are Non-Refundable.
