Zip is center back. There is some fading on the fabric over the shoulder area but blends into the black. The sleeves are see through chiffon fabric with each having a pearl button for closure. A few small holes at cuff join, but can be easily remedied by taking up on the fabric, for this reason I have reflected this in the listing price. A really smart top. I would imagine it once had shoulder pads, easily replaceable.
