Standard Free Shipping Terms:

Standard Free shipping includes delivery to the closest common carrier terminal. These are typically located within 60 miles of your home. I will also ship at no charge to a commercial address with a loading dock. If you have such an address, please include the address with the initial payment. These pool tables weigh approximately 900 pounds, and will require a truck or heavy duty van, and at least 2 strong individuals to pick up at terminal.

All Orders are typically shipped within 1 week of receipt of payment (order entry/shipping days Monday-Friday). 

• Given the dimensional size of the order, it will ship via common courier.
• Free shipping is to the closest common courier (trucking company’s freight terminal). 
• Most terminals are located within an hour of your home, please see our courier’s website to find a terminal near you:

• Shipping can be upgraded to residential delivery for an additional charge of $175.00 (subject to truck accessibility to your address).
• All Shipments are Terminal Pick-up or Commercial Address with loading dock.
• Please be sure to include your phone number with your payment.  Orders without a phone number will not be shipped until the order information is complete.

• Positive Feedback Policy: Positive feedback is automatically left upon receipt of payment & positive feedback from buyers. We make every effort to sell the highest quality products at the most competitive prices available.
• Description Policy: All items sold as “New” without classification as scratch/ dent or demonstration units are purchased direct from suppliers. On scratch/ dent products, sample or demonstration unit products, we endeavor to describe any flaws or any conspicuous blemishes in detail. However, any two people may have a different opinion of what is or isn’t an acceptable attribute. All sales are contingent upon buyer’s final inspection and approval of unit. If the winner is unable to inspect the unit in person but is still concerned about condition it is their responsibility to contact at third-party to inspect the item on their behalf within 7 days of winning auction.
• International Buyers: We cannot guarantee the delivery of items nor track items being shipped outside the United States without insurance. Additional charges and handling fees may be required to process customs paperwork. Please note that Alaska & Hawaii are considered international buyers for the purposes of shipping. Please note that if you decline to purchase insurance, we are not responsible if your package is lost or damaged.
• Payment Options: PayPal, MasterCard, Visa, Check, Cashiers Check. To pay with credit card, please call 260-665-7586 x.313. Payment by Check: To pay by check/ cashiers check, please make payment to follows: Vestil Mfg., 2999 N. Wayne Street, Angola, IN 46703 and include a copy of your order.
• Warehouse Address: 900 Growth Parkway, Angola, IN
• Return/ Cancellation Policy: Credit upon inspection less 35% restocking fee and any additional refurbishing costs. Customer is responsible for return freight. Please call or email for RGA.
• Serious Buyers Only: Only bid/ purchase if you are a serious bidder and are willing to pay the cost of the item including shipping costs. We do our best to be as clear and concise as possible with our descriptions and photos. We process a large amount of merchandise. It is your responsibility to read the description, view all the photos and understand what you are purchasing.
• Slander/ Extortion by Buyers: Our goal is to provide 5 Star Service. If you have a problem or concern, please contact me before leaving neutral or negative feedback. In the event that neutral/ negative feedback has been received without an opportunity to resolve the problem or concern, then the complaint will be forwarded to our legal department for slander and extortion review. In the event a slanderous statement is left in feedback, our policy is to file suit in Steuben Co. Indiana. Liquated damages of $500 plus court costs and attorney’s fees are assumed and agreed upon at the time of sale.
