PAYMENT

All items MUST be paid for within Three (3) Business days.  All Listings Require Payment thru PAYPAL unless other arrangements have been made between the Seller and Buyer BEFORE purchasing the Item. Non-Payment will result in an Unpaid Item Dispute Opened, Strike Given, Negative Feedback. Also, the Buyer will be Prohibited from bidding on any future listings from the Seller. No Exceptions.

In addition, ALL Funds MUST be in US Accounts and US Dollars. Canadian Residents purchasing items, must pay for items in US Funds. Also, a 3.5% fee will be applied for currency conversion.

Residents of Texas must submit a Sales Tax of 8.25%

SHIPPING AND HANDLING 

We Use The Unites States Post Office for shipping all items sold.  The Buyer may decide to ship Express, Priority or Parcel at the Buyers Cost.  Insurance is not Required but Recommended. Should the Buyer decide NOT to Add insurance, the Buyer is solely responsible, NOT the Seller, for any LOSS, DAMAGED or MISSING Items.  We make every attempt to ship PAID items the next Business day.  Saturday, Sunday and Holdays are NOT considered Business days. The Seller has no control over Delivery Time in Transit and makes no Guarantees as to such.  We will provide Upon Request, the Ship Date and Tracking Number of your item(s).   Also, Items Paid in any form other than Paypal, MUST CLEAR before item(s) are shipped.  No Exceptions.

We Charge a $3.75  Handling Charge to cover the cost of Packing Materials, as well as Delivery Confirmation, which is required by PayPal on ALL Items shipped by the Seller. If this is Unacceptable, DO NOT BID!  We DO NOT combine Shipping. However, we will waive 50% of the Handling fee on Multiple Items Shipped.

We ship to the Continental UNITED STATES. Hawaii and Alaska require an additional charge. We will ship to Canada, however, arrangements must be made prior to purchase between the Seller and Buyer.  Besides CANADA, WE DO NOT SHIP OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES. Please DO NOT ASK us to make an exception. if you do, we simply will not respond to your inquires. 

We ship to CONFIRMED ADDRESSES ONLY.  If you do not have a Confirmed Paypal Address, please contact us before purchasing.

WARRANTY

ALL SALES are FINAL.  We will ONLY Guarantee that the Item(s) Received are those Described in the Listing as to Quantity and Description.  If the Potential Buyer has ANY QUESTIONS, they are to be addressed, asked, BEFORE purchasing  the item.  Again, PRIOR TO PURCHASE.  We will do our best to answer all questions.

Most of our listings are BIN (BUY IT NOW)  with BEST OFFER.  Please feel free to make an Offer.  However, We sell all our items at either the going rate or at a discounted rate determined by the market.  We DO NOT sell to wholesalers.  If you make an offer and it is not accepted, either try again, or move on.
