The plate is called (Pride of the Sioux).  It is a limited edition.  The plate is used but has no chips or cracks.  It is in excellent condition but no box.  Comes with a stand and the certificate of authenticity.  It is also trimmed in 24 karat gold.  Thanks for looking.
