You are looking at a 2 1/4" personalized Kenny Chesney button.  I have it showing a birthday wish, but you can have it personalized to say anything you would like.

These buttons are great for birthday boy or girl and also party favors.  The button has a protective mylar finish to prevent little accidents!  It has the normal pin back with the cover on it. 

I accept PayPal and personal checks.  Buyer is responsible for shipping charges and it will be $1.25 each and will gladly discount shipping with multiple purchases (.50 for each additional button).  If paying with PayPal, you may add in the "notes" section what you would like on your button.  If not, then I will gladly email you for the information.
