Seller's Payment Instructions
We accept Credit Cards (Master Card, Visa, American Express, and Discover, which are processed through PayPal) and PayPal.
All orders shipped to an Illinois address must include 6.25% sales tax.
Payment is expected with seven (7) days after the close of the auction. If you require more time, please let us know.
If you combine your payment (PayPal or Credit Card) when purchasing more than one item, we will discount your shipping charge. In order for you to receive the discount shipping charges, please make sure that you allow e-mails from sales@autumnscauldron.com, as we will send an invoice for payment. DO NOT USE THE EBAY SYSTEM, we will send an invoice with the combined shipping for the items purchased.

Shipping, Insurance, & Handling
Buyers pay shipping charges which are listed below. If we do not hear from you within seven (7) days, we will assume you do not intend to honor your bid and the item may be relisted for sale.
If you combine your payment (PayPal or Credit Card) when purchasing more than one item, we will discount your shipping charge. In order for you to receive the discount shipping charges, please make sure that you allow e-mails from sales@autumnscauldron.com, as we will send an invoice for payment. DO NOT USE THE EBAY SYSTEM, we will send an invoice with the combined shipping for the items purchased through ebay and to the email address you have on file with ebay.
Autumn's Cauldron reserves the right to ship by any delivery carrier of its choice. We choose the delivery service based on the most efficient manner of delivery as determined by us before shipment.
Notification & Delivery Schedule
Normal orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours of payment being received except holidays and weekends. Orders are normally shipped within 1 to 2 business days after the holiday or weekend. However, in some cases (out of stock, different mailing address between PayPal and Ebay, etc. ) the order may be delayed for approxmately two business weeks. If shipping is delayed for a longer period (other than the time listed above), we will notified you by e-mail with the approixmate delivery date and why the order is being delayed.
If you have a spam blocker on your e-mail account, please allow e-mails from sales@autumnscauldron.com to be accepted. This will allow you to receive the notifications that we send:
- when your order has been received
- when an invoice is issued
- when requesting that you verify your order and buyer's information
- when we received your payment
- when your order has been shipped
Returns
We will always accept returns of unsatisfactory items on U.S. sales only. However, returns must meet all of the following requirement or they will be returned to sender:
- Goods must be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt. Check your order when it arrives!! Refunds will not be issued after 7 days, regardless of the reason.
- Goods must be accompanied by customer number, invoice number, and date. Please include a copy of the invoice as this information will be printed on it.
- Goods must be in original condition!
- Goods must be packed in a box or heavily padded mailer. We do not accept goods damaged in return shipping. We will automatically reject any returns received in regular envelopes.
- Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
We are not responsible for postage on returned items and we will not accept returns of special order items, unless the wrong item was sent.
The refund will be in the same form as the purchase was made minus the shipping costs.
International Terms and Conditions
All prices shown are in U.S. dollars.
Please send all correspondents to Autumn's Cauldron in English and all correspondents from Autumn's Cauldron will be in English.

Please check with your country's customs office prior to bidding/buying to determine what these additional costs will be. ALSO TO HELP WITH CUSTOMS, PLEASE INCLUDE A TELEPHONE NUMBER.
Insurance is not available for international first class mail (which is the least expensive.), If you need a tracking number, please contact us for the price of Global or Express International mail.
We ship to 190 countries and regions that are approved by PayPal. If you are not on this list of countries and regions, then we will STOP the sale or cancel your bid.
