We are offering for sale a superb set of six Victorian silver table forks in Queen's Pattern. These dinner forks are of the very highest quality and are typical of the silver produced by Francis Higgins who was one of the finest English silversmiths of the 19th Century. Each piece has a very heavy feel in the hand and retain beautifully crisp double struck decoration to both front and back. These forks benefit from being in excellent polished condition with full and even length tines and are engraved to the front terminal with initials. We have a further identical set of six forks in stock.

MEASUREMENTS: 7.9” (202mm) long; 568 grams (18.25 troy ounces) weight. 

 

MARKS: Full set of English hallmarks (guaranteeing Sterling 925 standard silver) for London 1894 by Francis Higgins (FH).
