Some UK - BT designed phones with 3 wires may require a 3 wire plug adapter (to split the ring voltage line from the normal 2 wire) in order to work with our PBX systems.

Traditional PBX features
10. Caller id (FSK/DTMF/Bellcore standard)
· Caller id is also transferred when the incoming call is transferred. Extension caller id is also supported.
11.Automated or manual attendant
· The automated attendant will play one of three OGM and then transfer the call to the appropriate extension.
Manual attendant allows operator to to handle calls specifically.
12.Built-in Music on hold
· Caller listens to music when put on hold.
13.Do not disturb
· Extension with this feature turned on will not ring and the call will be transferred to another extension.
14.Call hold transfer
· Incoming call can be put on hold and transferred from any extension without any limit even on misdials.
16.Transfer with no answer
· The incoming call will be redirected back to the extension first made the transfer if the person at the requested extension does not answer. The caller listens to music on hold during the transfer.
17.Incoming call pick up
· Incoming calls can be answered from any extension.
18.Internal (intercom) calls
· Intercom calls can be made between different extensions.
19.Compatible with most communication equipments
· The PBX-416D can be connected to telephones, fax machines, computers and other communication equipments requiring an analog phone line.
20.Transfer if busy

EASY SETUP
You just connect the PBX-416D to your telephone line (CO line), plug in the AC power. Connect your standard touch-tone telephones with RJ11 US type phone jacks (adapters are available at extra cost) and the default settings will allow you to use the analog features of the system immediately. To use the IP features you just need to connect the LAN and console cables to the unit then launch the assistance software and follow the CD manual to configure the system (although online technical support is provided some technical skills is required.
