Check your item(s) face to face with courier staff before signing, avoid your item(s) in the package being stolen or changed by Express Company or Custom staff, once signed, it shows your item(s) is alright, we are not responsible for any loss about these two cases above. If your item(s) being stolen or changed, please let courier staff give a paper proof to you face to face immediately, then you can make a claim for compensation from the Express company.

For SAFETY and SECURITY trading with both buyer and us, we need to make sure buyer is the owner of the eBay and PayPal / Bank account.

1. Shipping and handling fee for the first item is USD16.99 and USD15.99 for each extra item.
2. Item Noted : Please remember that the Handling time of all items as below :
   Clothes : 3 Business Days*
   We ship item(s) after the Handling time base on payment was totally cleared.
   *Business Days except Weekends, Sunday and Federal Holiday.
3. Postage fee includes shipping fee, warehouse, packaging materials, fuel charges, boxes, labels and packaging cost.
4. We will ship to buyer’s eBay registered address only. Please provide your correct detail address and buyer name in eBay.
5. We will ship worldwide.
6. Shipping insurance is optional. Please pay extra USD2 for shipping insurance with tracking no. 
7. We will NOT be responsible for any loss without insurance.
8. Item(s) will be shipped out by international air-mail from Hong Kong.
9. Item(s) will be sent during the working hours of Hong Kong Post.
10. The shipment usually takes approximately 7- 21+ business days to Worldwide by International Airmail.  
11. Ship to Spain, France, Portugal, Italy, Brazil must pay USD2 for shipping insurance.
12. We will NOT be responsible for any delay during delivery such as customs postage checking.

Exchange and Return

For all defective items, buyer need to send pictures to proof the damages parts, after that we will offer replacement within

20 days since you contact us.

If buyer do not satisfy with purchase or request full refund, buyer need to contact us within 3 days after you received the

items. Please return in  full packages, bags and tags.

We will offer full refund of the payment that you made via Paypal once received your return parcel. Please understand that

we will not responsible for the return postage fee.

Returns will only be accepted when it's in its original condition.
