Due to new EBAY and PAYPAL rules for protections of international shipments and seller rights, I can only ship USPS First Class ,USPS Express, or USPS World Wide Expediated. If you choose USPS first class, up to $15(including additonal shipping per item) is shipped normal cost and shipments of over $15 WILL BE ACCESSED A $10 Registered mail fee to protect the shipment. This is a trial policy for me. If people start to scam again I will go back to charging registered fee on everything!Due to the high cost of gas, we ship every Tuesday only unless you had paid for priority or express shipping.
