PAYMENT:   Please make payment within 3 days of auction end. All sales are final so please ask questions prior to bidding. If contact is not made within 3 days, further action will be taken. I take bidding very seriously and have never reneged on a winning bid I've made no matter how much I regretted making it. I expect the same courtesy in return and don't have time for non-genuine bidders.

CONDITION:   All of my items are sold in good faith. New items are exactly that, either with or without tags, which will be stated. Often they are surplus store stock or overruns and occassionally may be slightly shop-soiled. This is rare, but I like to state it, as I'm only human and these things are going to slip by me from time to time. It should be nothing that a light wash won't fix.  I could wash an item myself, but then it wouldn't be brand new anymore. Second-hand items are in good condition, but by their very nature are used and may exhibit some signs of wear. If there are any major flaws, I will itemise them. They come from a smoke free home.

DELIVERY:   I can't be held responsible for items lost in transit (not that it's ever happened to me). Registered post can be arranged at a small extra cost if you are concerned about this. My location is in WA, so please consider this when awaiting delivery. It can take up to 6 working days to arrive in eastern states locations. I usually post within 1 day of receiving payment, but certainly no more than 2 days.

GENERAL:   Despite all this serious talk, I am very fair and reasonable, so if you are unhappy for any reason with your purchase please contact me so we can reach a happy conclusion prior to leaving negative feedback.
