These are boot or shoe warmers. If you have not used them they are wonderful. They are electric, there is no blower so the boots need to be put on where they can spend the night or quite a while. Wonderful for ranchers or people who get their feet wet. My dad was 95 & a rancher he would put his boots on there at night and they would be warm the next morning even if they weren't wet.
