PAYMENTS
We accept all major credit cards through PayPal. When paying by PayPal, please make payment within 24 hours of close of the auction or send us an email advising when you will be paying so we will hold your purchase for you. We must receive your payment within 7 calendar days from close of auction. After 7 days we will have to advise eBay we have not received payment and we will re-list the item for sale. We reserve the right to cancel any bids due to negative feedback issues with the buyer.
COMBINE SHIPPING
Yes we combine shipping and handling charges. We usually discount $2.00 each, on shipping and handling on all additional items after the first, if purchased at the same time.
SHIPPING / HANDLING CHARGES
The fee that is listed as “Shipping” is not the actual “Shipping” charges. These are “Shipping and Handling” charges. Besides the actual shipping fee, they include the cost of packaging, packaging materials, processing, invoicing, etc. Unfortunately EBay does not let us change what this fee is called; it only says shipping but is much more.
WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
We will guarantee the item to work and look as described in our listing and be free of workmanship and manufacturing faults. You will have 7 days from receipt of the product, to explain why you want to return the product and ask for a return approval. Our Email address is americanprairiedog@sbcglobal.net. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping cost. If the item is returned, and works and looks as described and is free of workmanship or manufacturing faults, we will give a refund, less shipping and handling charges and a 20% restocking fee. However if the item is faulty from workmanship or manufacturing, we will replace the item at our discretion or issue a refund of the original amount paid.
FEEDBACK PROCEDURE
The standard accepted procedure for feed back is for the buyer, upon receipt of their product, to leave the seller positive feed back if they are happy with the product. If unhappy, the buyer should contact the seller first to see if the issue can be resolved. Once that is done the buyer then leaves feed back. Once feed back has been received from the buyer the seller then responds with an appropriate feed back. We will give feed back after receiving the same. We try to do this weekly.
CONSIGNMENTS
We have a lot of items we sell on consignment for people, and we will advise in our listing if it is a consignment item. We will describe the item honestly and to the best of our ability. All consignment items are sold AS IS, so ask questions before bidding.
