Vintage Avon Twentieth Avon Anniversary Award Plate.  Awarded for 20 years service to Avon.  "The First Avon Lady"  8 1/2" plate was awarded from 1973 to 1979.  Made by Enoch Wedgewood (Tunstall) LTD., England.   The plate is in excellent condition.  Box with foxing and card are original. The box has a slight indent in top and is a little worn on  one edge.
