The tape has been tested and plays GREAT! This is a MCA/Universal Home Video released in 1995, recorded in Color, Animated, HiFi, Stereo, Dolby B-NR, DIGITALLY RECORDED, Rated G, Closed Captioned, Running Time 1 Hr 12 Mins...FREDDIE THE FROG is the world's most lovable superhero!....With the voice talents of James Earl Jones, Ben Kingsley and Nigel Hawthorne, this tale about an extraordinary young prince named Frederic becomes a superhero....when the beloved monarch is orphaned, his wicked Aunt Messina casts an evil spell on him and turns him into a frog, so she can then assume the throne!...but you can't keep a good man - or Frog! - down...and soon "Freddie" begins a new life filled with exciting adventures....as he grows, Freddie the Frog's own magical powers set him apart from his new friends, who urge him to use his talents to fight evil...He becomes a world famous secret agent and is called upon to help find England's vanishing historical momuments...but when he discovers the mastermind behind this fiendish plot is none other than his power-hungry Aunt, Freddie counts on the help of his friends - a lovable sea monster named "Nessie", a bumbling general, and fellow agents "Daffers" and "Scotty" - to help him meet the biggest challenge of his career....A RARE HARD TO FIND IN SUCH GREAT CONDITION BRITISH ANIMATED CLASSIC!
