All shipments include insurance. These joggers are considered large packages. This item cannot be picked up. We cannot bill your shipping account. We cannot ship to PO BOXES SORRY! Please understand this item is considered a "large package" with UPS and FedEx this is why the shipping price may seem expensive but its acutally not.
