Nokia 770 Internet Tablet, WiFi, Bluetooth, E-mail, etc

This is a great device for leaving on the coffee table or night stand near a bed to be able to quickly check something on the Internet, and it still sells on Amazon for a discounted new price of $250.  Amazon users gave it a rating of 4 out of 5 stars.

This is a gently used unit with the original box and accessories.  The following original accessories are included: charger, both stylus pens, usb cable, stand, memory card cover, and fabric carrying case (all accessories are pictured).  Also included are the original owners manual and quick start guide in English and Spanish.

This device has a beautiful 800x480 resolution touch-screen supporting 64K colors.

The information above lists the OS as 2005 Software Edition, but the unit comes with a clean install of OS 2006 version v. 3.2006.49-2.  All of the documentation is for the OS 2006 Software Edition.

The unit also comes with 64 MB of removable storage for backing up your settings, and installing other media.  The RS-MMC memory card can be replaced with larger card.

Even though the brand is Nokia, this is not a phone.  This is also not an iPhone or iPod Touch either, but nor is it nearly that expensive.  If you temper your expectations to something that is primarily suited to reading text heavy online content, reading e-mail, or reading RSS feed I think you'll really like this product.  If you expect this to be a mini computer I suggest you look into a Netbook or iPod touch instead.  Of course if you don't want to spend that much money, and would like something for a quick and easy check of something online this device might just be perfect for you.

This device also has a built in speaker and a standard head phones jack.
