In 1971,Marvel responded to DC's price change and page increase with one of their own.Beginning on regular sized comics dated Oct. 1971 Marvel published their 52 pagers in the squarebound format.DC had the round bound.There were 57 of these large format books,with only 4 issues being in that round-bound format.This lasted on a few months,and then Marvels books were raised in price and returned to the regular sized book.I love the Giants and this was a special genre collection of mine.Lots of these books are scarce in any condition, especially the Romance and Teen Humor issues. I list these books in alphabetical order,with all but 1(X-Men Special #2) listed for auction.Condition ranges from VG to VF/MN.Thanks,Todd
