UP FOR AUCTION TODAY I HAVE THIS U.S. 1849 LARGE CENT. IT IS ABOUT THE SIZE OF A QUARTER-MUCH LARGER THAN THE NORMAL PENNY-AND IT IS 100% COPPER. IT HAS THE BUST OF LADY LIBERTY DESIGN ON THE FRONT AND A WREATH DESIGN ON THE REVERSE. I AM NOT A COIN EXPERT BUT MY DECEASED FATHER  WAS AN AVID COLLECTOR. I HAVE TONS OF OLD COINS IN THE SAFETY DEPOSIT BOX I WILL BE PUTTING UP FOR AUCTION. SINCE I AM NOT AN EXPERT PLEASE ASK ANY QUESTIONS AND I WILL DO THE BEST OF MY ABILITY TO ANSWER.
