I enjoyed reading these droll descriptions of the history of word and viewing the often humorous black and white illustrations

 

Condition: Good. No inscriptions. Tight binding; corners not bumped. Clean clear text. Dust jacket is poor to fair; faded with rubs and small tears particularly at top of spine.
